Our policy lasts for 48 hours after delivery. Once it has gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
Returns will be accepted only if damaged in transit or received the wrong product.
Refund will be Provided only in case replacement for the same product is not availablep
Some products may not be eligible for returns. Please understand warranty terms for returns before purchasing the product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, you must email (aaypl@shivkumarrgorey.in) us photos of the damaged product with order number & date within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team examines the photos and will take decisions. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Custom made (Personalized) products (if applicable)
Unfortunately Custom made (Personalized) products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
For exchange your product mail us on aaypl@shivkumarrgorey.in After approval, ship the product at mentioned address in approval email. Product received must be unused, undamaged & in original package. So ship product carefully.
Note : Return & Replace shipping charges ( i.e. Both side) is paid by buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.:
