Is my vastu applicable for vastushastra?
Every vastu is applicable for vastushastra. Every construction is applicable for vastushastra. Some of the properties shown below are examples of properties that require vastu consultation.
Hospital
Only sad people come to the hospital to get some relief. But what if there is no response to the hospital, number of patients is low and the doctor himself is unhappy. The design of a hospital includes doctor cabin, waiting room, medical, operation theatre, admit room, icu, labour room etc. Today, there is a rule for big hospitals that they should have two staircases but if any one of them is defected by vastudosha, then the hospital is needed to be closed. Because if one of the staircase is in the northeast side, the business falls down. If the entrance is through the southwest side, then the business becomes indebted at a loss and cases occur. Also, there is need to think about the direction of the road and the number of roads in each direction.
Government quarters
Prime minister, chief minister, president, collector, police, engineers are given a place from government to live called as government quarters. Some of them were build before independence and some were build after independence. Many of the officers live there. There architecture is almost affected by vastudosha. Also, earlier the roads were below the government quarters but now not only government quarters but every house is is below the road. In 50 % of these type of places, this is a serious vastudosha. Near about every government quarter is below the road. If the c.m. or other officers who are doing social service live in a house that is defected by vastudosha, then he may face some difficulties while serving the society.
Restaurant / lodge / 3 - 5 star hotel
While starting a restaurant / lodge / 3 -5 star hotel, it is very important to see which direction it is facing. A hotel includes kitchen space, seating area, store room, cash counter, wc / bath, swimming tank, parking, entrance, exit and many more. If any one of these is defected by vastudosha then financial crisis is to be faced. It can also lead to the hotel to be closed. Every hotel owner hires an expensive interior designer, spends lacs of rupees in it but he does not care about vastushastra and its benefits. Finally they have to suffer.
Government offices
From collector office to a police station, m.i.d.c., cidco, small and large banks do a useful work for the society. But we see that today these offices are ruined and are not maintained nicely. The goverment schools are like this that they can collapse anytime. There condition is worse than the forest. The reason of these things is only and only vastudosha. I myself have consulted many of the police stations, school colleges, government offices, banks etc. I have provided vastu services to a lot of officers for their personal architecture. For a new government office to be constructed or the old one to be renovated, th consultation of a vastu expert is necessary. It will benefit both the person and also to the society.
Flat, house, bunglow, row house, farm house, apartment, villa
We think about everything when we buy a house. We think of architect, interior designing and furnishing etc. If you are taking a flat in a floor that has four flats with one common staircase, then three of these flats are affected by vastudosha. We build / take a home with the expectations that we will be able to enjoy our financial, social, family related, mental and physical pleasures there but something different only happens which was not at all expected. We find reasons for these unexpected happenings. I treat everyone well, i did not harm anybody etc. But the root of the problem is vastudosha. When a house is designed according to vastushastra, the design is given in written format of vastu report by us which is not given by many vastushastra consultants. The entire report ranges from water filter machine to overhead water tank. Not only visiting the house, bunglow is helpful, but all the surroundings are to be taken into consideration while the site visit. That is the reason why every house should be according to vastushastra.
Industry – business – factory – msme
Today any small scale entrepreneur dreams of buying a industry / factory. Some times the life of the industry goes from one generation to next generation or more. We have to work on every minor and major things like website, logo, midc, staff, property etc. But the industry does not start without vastushastra and does not run properly if affected by vastudosha. Before doing anything like this, one should always consult vastushastra. Example if there is architectural defect like a light board in the northeast, underground tank, septic tank in the west direction, a heavy infrastructure to the east or north direction, entrance from the southwest direction and 50 % of the underground infrastructures are affected with vastushastra. Even if there is a small or huge vastusosha, it results in financial loss. So when taking a plot for a new company, when reopening or buying an old closed company, buying heavy machinery etc. Always consult an vastushastra consultant for future benefits.
